Venue Hire

All hire for private functions and events (birthday parties and similar private events) is on hold until further notice.

We have three large halls and a comfortable meeting room to choose from. The halls are perfect for birthday parties, functions, groups and larger meetings, and the meeting room provides a comfortable meeting space for small groups.
All rooms can be hired for one off functions and meetings, as well as for regular groups and meetings. All areas have reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The whole centre provides easy access, without steps, and with plenty of parking.
All halls have covered outdoors verandas attached to them as well.

Halls 1 and 2
The Community Centre has two large halls, which both open onto a large, flat, fenced outdoor area. Great for kids’ birthday parties – for running around and for jumping castles!
The halls can be hired together or separately.
Included in the hire:
• Access to the kitchen, complete with oven, microwave, fridge and instant hot water
• Crockery, cutlery and glasses
• 20 tables measuring 180cm X 75cm (seats 3 each side and one at each end)
• 200 chairs

Youth Hall
The Youth Hall is in the Youth Centre. It has access to a kitchenette, a projector & screen which can be used by special arrangement, and access to 8 tables and 60 chairs.

Meeting room
The carpeted meeting room seats 12 – 20 people, depending on the configuration of the tables and chairs.

The foyer is usually used as a common area, and use of it as a waiting area is included when hiring the halls or the meeting room. However, it can be hired for exclusive use for meetings as well. The foyer has 3 couches and several soft chairs, and additional tables and chairs from the halls can be used if needed.
